Blue Connections IT recently had the pleasure of hosting Vocational Major students from Wheelers Hill Secondary College for an engaging workplace excursion.
The students took part in hands-on workshops, including laptop decommissioning and repair, MTR training, and mock interviews. They also had the opportunity to hear from our passionate BC team about our work and love for IT.

The day was topped off with a delicious “Sliders on Tyres” lunch, some friendly games of pool, and a bit of BC merch for the students to take home—hopefully sparking a newfound enthusiasm for all things IT.

We were honoured to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from Wheelers Hill Secondary College, which now holds a special spot on our Wall of Awards. The school shared that the experience was “insightful and engaging,” making a meaningful impact on the students. They also mentioned the students were excited to learn about the IT industry and that our team’s passion and expertise left a lasting impression.

After such a successful day, we are excited to continue this meaningful partnership with WHSC!
