Late last Friday afternoon, I called Andy Sneikus with an urgent request. A
notebook that I had in the service department because of water damage from last
weeks storms was beyond repair. Hence due to the urgency of having an
operational machine for email connection etc, Andy was set the task of quoting
for me a new notebook to replace the damaged one within a given budget. With
Andy's efficiency, we had a new machine decided on within 5 minutes.
Next came the difficult task; to transfer or better still, 'ghost' the contents
from the damaged machine across to the new one. In most instances this would be
a fairly routine request, however it was 4.45pm, late on a Friday afternoon,
and I needed the machine couriered out by end of business. A big request I
know! Not so for your Service Department, particularly Michael, and Andy. I
understand that both were prepared to stay back beyond 5.00pm to get the job
done. Not the normal business practice of many technology shops today.
Machine was eventually handed over with data transferred and fully operational.
I believe that you and your staff at Blue Connections need to be congratulated
on the performance last Friday night. It was well beyond expected service
levels today, and I do believe the motto of "Whatever it Takes" is
not just a phrase, it is a commitment.

Whether it is hardware or software advice, I am always
guaranteed a friendly and prompt service when dealing with Blue Connections.
The staff always gives sound advice and assist in making the correct decision
when it comes to purchasing IT Equipment or Software.
Recently our company was in urgent need of a new server, the team at Blue
Connections worked swiftly and efficiently to meet our company’s demands.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Blue Connections especially Shane
Bracegirdle and Shanan Egerton with all the assistance, information and support
needed to move from our old server to our new server.
The Support team at Blue Connection went the extra distance when in came to
planning, deploying and installing the server (they even flew to Sydney). The
friendly support team even suggesting ways to improve our existing operating
environment and streamlining our network structure.
Blue Connections is always my first port of call for any I.T related matter.

Recently my Think Pad crashed and I called IBM for assistance. I spoke to
three different people who all seemed more concerned about the warranty than
helping me. Eventually,after being told I would have to return my machine to
Sydney for repair, I asked for the name of a Melbourne-based repair
business. Thankfully, they gave me your name. I want you to know David
that from the time Sam took my call I felt reassured. I drove to Mulgrave
expecting that I would be without my machine for 1-2 days and expecting a
sizeable bill. After an initial consultation with a very helpful Michael,
I met Lucas Wakeman. In my work as a consultant internationally and in
Australia I often tell people about the good examples of customer service I
experience. You should be very proud of the standard of Lucas' work.
Primarily, he was excellent technically and had me operational quickly.
Beyond that though, Lucas gave really outstanding service . . . . eliminating
"cookies", giving advice about a virus and even cleaning the monitor.
Importantly, the bill was very reasonable. As a result of my happy
experience with Blue Connections two things will happen.
(1) I will be telling any of my customers who are
looking for computer solutions and technical support to call you first.
(2) Whenever any of my family of 5 need any new
equipment or advice I will send them to you.
Frankly David, my problem was minor as it turned out but it really gives me a
buzz when I am working overseas and I can use an Australian example of superior
customer service...my congratulations to you and your team.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your help today in getting our PDC back
online. Once again, you have demonstrated that you will do "Whatever it
takes". Gary, Lucas and Michael (and anybody I've left out) were most
helpful and patient with their phone support, and Gary was friendly,
professional and very knowledgeable both on the phone and onsite. Everybody
made sure that I was contacted and kept up-to-date on the happenings at all
times. Thanks again.

Must add that Shane has done a fantastic job so far. Very
happy with the way he's set things up, and he managed to change everything over
with hardly any disruption to our work. It was a much better experience than I
was expecting and the new system is working well.
