Whilst we endeavour to quote you as accurately as possible, unexpected circumstances can occur which may increase the duration of time or parts required to complete work, which can as a result increase the total repair cost. We will always contact you for confirmation prior to continuing with work if this is the case. An inspection fee of $80.00 will apply to all out of warranty repairs whereby quoted work is rejected.

Labour is charged in 30 minute increments, Minimum service charge is 1 hour.

Whilst we always make all reasonable efforts to prevent any data loss or corruption, uncontrollable incidents can unfortunately occur during the shipment and repair process which may result in the loss or corruption of data. Therefore we strongly recommend all necessary steps are taken to ensure data is backed up prior to sending us your device.
