Systems Engineer - Storage Technology (SAN, NAS) |

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual for the
position of Systems Engineer focused on storage technology. To be a successful
applicant for this role you must have a passion for computers and IT, as well
as excellent technical and communication skills. This position requires
applicants to have their own reliable vehicle and valid Victorian drivers
licence.
We are seeking an individual with strong experience in LAN/WAN technology,
Storage technology (SAN, NAS) together with an excellent customer service
focus. Experience in other arenas of networking including Cisco and Citrix XP
etc are highly desirable. The implementation and after sales support of the
above networking environments is essential backed by the relevant accreditation
(MCSE, CCA, CCNA and relevant Storage accreditations). A Services Integration
Company background will be viewed most favourably.
We are seeking a candidate that can provide professional 2nd and 3rd level
support to corporate clientele. You must have the ability to be involved in
pre-sales meetings with customers and also assist in Scope of Works preparation
and network documentation.
You must have the ability to work autonomously and have proven experience
working with major Microsoft Operating Systems and applications. Knowledge
across the IBM sever and/or other server hardware arena would be an advantage.

successful candidate must possess a proven track record in IT sales, have a
solid understanding of the Microsoft and IBM product ranges and a minimum of 5
years experience in a similar role. As a senior sales person, you will be
experienced in prospecting, writing proposals for complex IT solutions and
closing sales of this magnitude.

driven and goal orientated IT sales person with exceptional sales closure
skills to sell hardware, software and IT services. The successful applicant
will have proven track record with a minimum of 12 months experience in a
similar role, be results driven, well presented, proactive, self-motivated, and
have strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of the
Microsoft and IBM product range is essential. The position will involve new
business development in emerging and target market sectors. You will be
required to meet and exceed sales targets and have an ability to build and
maintain client relationships at all levels.
