blue connect allows our Customers to nominate an additional 3 areas of secured access:
1. Accounts with Online Ordering
Users can view their account details, track the progress of orders and view their
current and past invoices, as well as place orders online.
2. Service Desk
Users can log and watch the progress of a support desk call/repair and search past
calls/repairs.
3. Products
Customers are able to search for products and locate current pricing.
